"The go-karts and games are definitely the highlights of this place. They have a nice selection of beers, but the food options were quite limited. We tried the guacamole, which was really good, but we were quite hungry! Our main issue was with the staff. Most of them seemed more interested in their phones and chatting with each other than in managing the games or engaging with customers. At one point, I had to approach a couple of girls to ask if they knew who was overseeing one of the games because we had been waiting for about five minutes without any help. However, the girl at the front counter was very friendly and helpful, though I didn’t catch her name. We enjoyed the games, but be aware that if some are out of service (three were when we visited), it can be quite disappointing. While we had a good time with the games we were able to play, we were equally let down by the customer service. I might consider returning to try out the games we missed, but I probably won’t be back for a while until things improve."
