"Disappointing Experience. CHECK YOUR FOOD! I ordered a Steak Ranchero for lunch and, since I was at work, I parked in the lot to eat. When I opened the box, I found no steak—just a lot of onions and bell peppers. Frustrated, I went back through the drive-thru. There was no one else in line, so I pulled right up to the window. I intended to ask if they could put the steak in a separate container, but three employees looked at me and kept walking. I even honked the horn twice, but no one came. Eventually, a young lady appeared at the window, clearly irritated that she had to deal with the situation. I requested a refund, and she immediately agreed, almost as if she expected it. She asked for the plate back, and before she discarded it, I asked if she could open it. It was supposed to be a Steak Ranchero—yet still no steak. She processed the refund, but I must say, times are tough, and trying to pass off a heavy box filled with onions and peppers in place of steak, hoping someone would drive off without checking, is just not right. This could have been easily resolved if someone had simply acknowledged the problem when I first approached the window."
