"The restaurant was highly recommended by a friend who lives near by. We were not disappointed. Thought the place is small and lacks decor, the quality of the food and the friendly owners make up for it. There were 10 of us and we filled up 90% of the seating, the place can seat up to 14. The shop owner is also the sushi chef, and his wife helps w the kitchen. The food did took a while to come since the owner and his wife were the only ones at the shop. But trust me it’s worth it. Every dish tasted fresh and well prepared. We had yellowtail special and sushi for 2, The raw fish was fresh, and just the right proportion of rice to fish. We also had the eel roll that was just as good. The pork chop egg over rice was over flown w meat, teriyaki chicken on sizzle platter was a good follow up to the sushi. The chef gave us a free tasting of his sushi creations, it’s cucumber roll with various filling, delicious!!! A definite gem tucked away, most try if you are in the neighborhoodz"
