"I normally like Beagel Bagel their chicken salad is my favorite but I was very disappointed with our service yesterday when I was there for lunch. The lady who took our order and made our sandwiches was on a FaceTime call for most of the time, with her phone laying in the middle of the food prep area (right next to our sandwiches) and also touching it with her gloved hands WHILE MAKING OUR FOOD. And when we noticed that she was wrapping up our sandwiches we told her that we were dining in (she had not asked us and we had not said), but she rolled her eyes and then proceeded to ARGUE with us that she had asked us and that we had said it would be takeout. I don?t remember the last time I experienced someone be so rude? All we did was order 3 chicken salad sandwiches! And honestly, I don?t think the chicken salad tasted quite as good as it usually does."
