"Poor Service. I placed two orders but received the wrong one, and to make matters worse, the food was cold. I tried to speak with the manager, but unfortunately, they weren’t available until the next day. The customer service was lacking. Other restaurants treat their customers much better. I'm very disappointed with Inca Gaucho and won’t be returning. I do not recommend this restaurant. It’s unfortunate that I had to write this review, especially after a long day when you rely on them for good food. Instead, I received cold food that wasn’t even what I ordered."
