"Customer Service/Friendliness: 5.0 Cleanliness: 3.5 Food: 3.5 This was our first visit to Phở Bang, and we arrived during peak hours (10-11:30 am on a Sunday), so we faced a 20-25 minute wait. It wasn't too long, though. The staff was very friendly and handled our order well. Due to the busy atmosphere, the tables could have been cleaner, and some utensils were not restocked yet. The food was good, but nothing exceptional that would entice us to return anytime soon since we live 40-45 minutes away. Overall, I would recommend others to give it a try—the salad rolls were delicious and offered great value for the portion size."

"Decided to give this place a try for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the prices on the lunch specials and the fact that you get soup and egg roll/rangoon of your choice. The two dishes that I tried were the Cashew chicken and kung pao chicken. Both dishes had fresh ingredients, prepared well and had a good taste. I did find a big problem with both dishes and that is there was no difference between them, except for red chilies and peanuts in the Kung pao. If you order two different dishes, then they should be different and not just by the name! Egg rolls were a little greasy, although overall good. The wonton soup was very good, however the fried rice was pretty bland and tasted like it is frozen (heat and eat), from a foodservice company. Overall considering the other choices in Kerrville for Chinese food, this would be the best one in my opinion."
