"We 've gone to this Burger King often, being in our normal route of I-75. The service is usually poor, but we 've tolerated it. Today, the service was its absolute worst. They got our order (four meals instead of three) wrong after the first cashier read it right. We tried to correct it at the second window and order the fourth meal, but they refused to listen. ATHENA was EXTREMELY RUDE and proudly showed her name to us. We asked for our money back, and ATHENA started fussing at us. She went in the back to get our money and returned fussing again and then yelled y 'all have a very merry Christmas, VERY RUDELY. Four workers were standing at the window, and no one wanted to get our order right. It seemed more important to them to be RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL than to sell another meal. To think the cashiers usually ask if you want you change, which they keep to buy Starbucks coffee from the Starbucks next door to them. Their service is usually 1 star. The sevice today was negative 5. They were unimaginably RUDE!!!!!"
