"We absolutely adore Baguette Cafe! We specifically visit for their delicious vegan sandwiches. My personal favorite is the curry with mushrooms and eggplant, while my husband loves the pesto with mushrooms. The service is always fantastic and the ambiance is clean and pleasant. However, we wish there were more vegan options on the menu. It may seem like there is a lot to choose from at first, but in reality, it's just a salad, a smoothie bowl, and variations of the same sandwich with different sauces. Because of this lack of variety, we don't visit as often as we would like. We would love to see vegan croissants, pastries, and especially a vegan croissant sandwich on the menu. It would also be great to have more kid-friendly vegan options such as avocado toast or roasted baguette rounds with avocado, vegan feta, tomatoes, and onions."
