"They have removed the indoor waiting area, and now guests must wait outside or in their cars. The new waiting area includes a window for to-go orders, which is a nice touch. We hadn't been to Texas Roadhouse since the pandemic began, so we were unsure of the new procedures. Inside, there’s a somewhat grumpy staff member directing guests; it would be helpful if he was more approachable, especially since it can be confusing for those unfamiliar with the current layout.
On a positive note, I appreciated the no-smoking signs posted outside the entrance. However, the front area often becomes crowded, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to navigate through. Just a tip: be ready to hold your breath while passing through!"
