"We have ordered from this Deli for 20 years and never had an issue until they hired an incompetent, rude, front person. Customer service does not exist in this Deli. We tried to resolve an issue over the phone with a wrong order, and were hung up on. The manager isn't any better, told me that he will not deliver anymore. There is obviously a communication problem that they will not fix. So beware, you will not receive a club sandwich, but instead a Reuben!"

"First of all, the location is great, situated in a lovely shopping center right next to Northern Arizona University. Inside, there are plenty of tables, and they also have a charming terrace with outdoor seating and a fireplace, which is perfect for a cool day. The food was outstanding! I will mention that it is a bit pricey, but you’re paying for high-quality dishes, so I think it's worth it. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including salads, sandwiches, soups, and more. I tried the Reuben, which was generously filled and delicious, served with homemade chips. I also had a cup of creamy sausage lentil soup that was exquisite! My fiancé ordered a side of mac and cheese, which looked tempting even though I’m not a fan of it, and she also got a large salad. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or even just to grab a sandwich while you explore the beautiful Flagstaff!"

"My last visit here which was 2 days ago was absolutely horrible . I placed an order of the veggie egg sandwich SPECIFICALLY requested on my pick up order I wanted to substitute the bun for a tortilla since there is no option on the app to add on a tortilla ! Once I arrive to pick up my order I had to deal with the rude entitled manager named Kris, is what she said her name was the female with the short blonde hair . She told me a tortilla instead of a bun is not allowed . Are you kidding me ?! So if that was the case why not contact me ahead of time just like on the app it request your phone number so you can be reached incase there’s any questions about your order. !!!? Oh not to mention I ordered a breakfast burrito with only egg veggies without any issues with a different girl who was a lot more professional than Kris. But the manager wants to stand there give me a hard time tell me tortillas aren’t allowed as a substitute and they can’t do anything to fix that even though I stated multiple times I’m avoiding bread . So I finally ask if I can get a tortilla on the side and she said sure only to walk back inside and come back out with my scrambled veggies cold and tossed into a tray WITHOUT a tortilla !!!! She either hates her job or doesn’t like people of color is what comes to mind after seeing how she handled the food I paid full price for . To who is in charge of operating this store I highly suggest replacing her with someone who cares about their job doesn’t treat customers in such a careless manner . Service: 1"

"Happy for the store that they are busy! There was miscommunication on my drink..I asked for iced but received it made hot. I did not want to wait another 15 minutes for it to be remade. Not pleased with the taste of the macchiato I received, but I know people's preferences can vary, so some may like it! The rest of the order included a featured latte flavor (that was good), iced white mocha (which was still warm just served with ice), and a plain hot chocolate (which tasted more like plain steamed milk). I will not be coming back based on store atmosphere or taste of the beverages, but glad that local people can enjoy it!"

"Some of the best coffee and food items in town. BEC bagel on everything bagel is to die for. 3 stars is because over the last 2 months they have randomly been changing store hours and if you show up within 30-45 min of closing on these new hours they cut the oven off so you can’t get any hot food items. I understand cutting the oven off when it’s close to closing time, but if you’re constantly changing hours (especially on weekends) the oven needs to be on until the store is physically closed. If you’re coming just for coffee you’re good, but if you want any food item that requires being warmed up you have to come at least an hour before close. Good luck figuring out when they actually close"

"I visited this restaurant for a tea brunch to celebrate my friend's birthday. The atmosphere was beautiful and cozy. The small bites and pastries were almost too pretty to eat! While the savory options were tasty and creative, there were not enough of them. About 80% of the items were sweets of some sort, I wish there was a more even split between sweets and savory. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a great place to take pretty pictures for a special occasion."

"This is a great place for a good plate! The food is cooked fresh. Tried the mushroom soup and it was superb. The crispy shrimp appetizer was also great with ample portion and seasoned perfectly. My salmon entrée was good but absent of the citrus cream sauce and a little heavy on the salt as was the saffron rice and sautéed spinach. The chocolate cake was divine! Our server, Cindy, was friendly and helpful!"

"Such an expensive mistake. There was an attempt at something that missed the mark. Started off odd with full meal service already stacked at table before we even arrived. No warm food items (including a baked egg dish). Open face salmon dish was more 1/2 a cream bagel that you could not cut with a knife. "What a wonderful place my friend, me and my dog had just walked Teton and it was Florida hot. The humidity was unbearable. We were looking for a dog friendly place to go and this came up. We pulled up and noticed a few open tables and they seated us immediately. They were so great to my dog big bowl of ice water. They even have a little dog menu my dog devoured the chicken treats and the scrambled eggs. The food is spectacular everything was fresh. I had the breakfast burrito and my friend had the avocado smash, and every bite was eaten. I even got a poke bowl to go highly recommend it. We will definitely be back. Thank you again the staff the owner everyone was amazing. Thank you."

"The bakery cookies were delightful, and our favorite was the almond cookie. However, when we walked in, the owner/manager loudly yelled the menu at us from across the bakery, which was a bit off-putting. I specifically came for the patizzis, but I was really let down by the meat one. If you're familiar with traditional meat and cheese patizzis, you'd definitely find this one disappointing; the filling tasted more like Jamaican patty meat. After eagerly waiting to try them, I couldn't help but feel let down. When I asked to heat a few up, they were completely cold inside. The manager seemed disorganized and the area around the counter felt chaotic, which was overwhelming."

"Food is pretty mediocre, coffee is okay. Got the grilled panini and ham and cheese baguette, the former cold, with cheap American cheese. The latter, a soggy, at least day-old, 6-inch baguette with cheese still cold and not melted, no mayo or mustard as it should be. Felt hastily put together with zero integrity or standards or care for what is being served. With two coffees and a juice, the tab was $45. For that price, in that location and with what tries to be an upscale coffee shop, one would expect much, much better. You can get much better sandwiches at Starbucks and that’s not a good thing for the future of the local coffee shop. Food and coffee came out relatively quickly and staff was friendly and attentive. Absolutely not coming back."

"A wholesale bakery that has a retail front for meals! I'll be reviewing that portion of Jackie's bakery since I've never had the need to order 30 muffins at once. Wait 4/5: Usually when I come here for lunch(12p-3p) there's no line, and when there is its usually only two people in front of me picking up orders they called ahead of time. Most of the time if I'm waiting its cause they're finishing up an order I had called earlier for. Parking 2/5: The street that Jackie's Bakery is on is usually packed with cars parked on the sidewalk. There is a lot to park at but its usually really full. Jackie's does have like 2 or 3 parking spots in front of the store. Service 5/5: There's only one person managing the store front, and every time I pick up she's very nice and always tells me to have a nice day! Also one time I needed to know how many calories one of their dressings were and she gladly helped me out! So far haven't had any bad experiences regarded customer service. Food 4/5: Jackie's Bakery has consistent menu items like sandwiches and salads. They also have croissants to the left of the register and cute desserts in the glass to the right of the register. They have drink made in store and a couple sodas. My go to is the Jackie's citrus salad with chicken. This one comes with spinach, mandarin oranges, avocado, baby tomatoes, chicken and a raspberry dressing. I usually get this since it seems on the low calorie side. The salad is fresh and filling. Unfortunately there's no nutrition facts for any of the meals sold at Jackie's bakery, so I took the liberty and dissected each part of the salad at home lol. Also the portions are a little different each time, so i end up estimating around 450 calories if you were to eat the whole thing including dressing. Overall: If you're looking for already prepared sandwiches and salads I recommend calling ahead and picking up! They also have daily specials that change throughout the week, and you can find these by checking their website or calling in."

"It was my first time going to Wildflower the other day and I had an amazing time. I met up with a friend and we stayed for a few hours just talking and enjoying our time. She got a coffee and I got a piece of delicious peach pie. The staff was super friendly, especially the one who took our order, McCall I believe. She even came over and chatted with us a few times! I will definitely be coming back again! I neglected to let the camera eat before I did, so unfortunately I do not have any pictures; although the rest of the food looked amazing as well!"
