This also highlights my next point: the ingredients are incredibly fresh and of such high quality that they stay good for a long time. As I'm writing this on a Thursday, I want to share that I bought this salad on Monday and have enjoyed it for lunch three times! I left it in its original container the first day, and after finishing lunch on Tuesday, I moved it to a smaller Pyrex dish, leaving it untouched on Wednesday. I was a bit hesitant to eat it for lunch today, but everything is just as crunchy and fresh as it was on the first day! They have the BEST Chipotle Vinaigrette if you like a bit of spice. Plus, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. You should definitely go grab lunch today!"
