"Wow! Always an amazing experience, from the food to the service. Beverly and Marc are amazing waiters, a waiter is more than someone who serves food, but someone who provides you with information on the food, make you feel welcomed and puts a smile on your face. The food is beyond words, dry aged steak, the lamb chops are to die for, the lobster Mac and cheese, the coconut cream pie is literally a piece of the heavens. We are all about customer service and enjoy how well each waiter is trained to be knowledgeable about all food items on the menu, customer service skills and never having to ask for refills. This is one of our favorite spots to eat. We even rented a room for my birthday a month ago and the Service to my family and I was beyond words, made us feel so happy and grateful to share special occasions here at Capital Grille. The manager, Michael, is always scoping to see that every table is happy and being well served. Thanks for all you do it really make nights out worth while. They are also following are covid guidelines, hand sanitizer all tables, all tables are distanced well. Some waiters need to have better fitted masks, Mike, keep an eye out for this because the CDC recommends the mask be completely fitted to the face without exposing the nose and the same 2 fellows always have ill fitted masks.
