"Con: Service was extremely slow and not attentive at all on a Sunday evening. It wasnât that busy but there was only one waiter and one busboy on the floor. Pro: We had black squid ink paella which was very well seasoned, flavorful and moist. I was very impressed with it! We also tried the pork chop with vegetable on the side . Pork chop could use more seasoning but was cooked to the right temperature as we requested. The vegetable was excellent!"

"The waitress was the best part of our first time experience. The food was good, portions great, cost moderate. Sangria delicious. It was quiet for a Friday night which surprised us but had a good crowd. For our first time dining it was great so we look forward to giving it a try with some friends."

"It's a beautiful restaurant, very chic. There is convenient metered parking in the street in front of the restaurant. We've been there twice at 6:00pm (weekdays) and found spaces across the street and right in front of the restaurant. It's a great location if you're attending a 7 or 8pm show at the Straz Theater. The service is good. I'm hispanic and found the food to be okay...not great! A pretty place to take a visitor from out-of-town. They offer live entertainment Friday Saturday. A few tables outside by the sidewalk are pet friendly."

"This place is a gastronomic gem. The chef is talented very friendly. We enjoyed an olive oil tasting with warm bread, cava Sauvignon Blanc, appetizers of gambas in black garlic sauce ham/shrimp omelette. The black garlic sauce was delicious! Entrees were seafood rice filet of fresh codfish topped with thin layer of mayonnaise gratiné with cheese. It was spectacular! Dessert consisted of churros with dark chocolate for dipping the most delicate crema catalana I’ve ever tasted. Price for all this $130. The service was so personal. The chef himself took care of us. I hope his restaurant thrives because we’d love to continue going. He told us menu is seasonal. We wish Chef Tomas much success!"
