"This location lacks professionalism and feels quite unrefined. The manager, who has dreadlocks, often sits outside smoking while working on his computer. Employees are frequently on their phones at the cash register, and it's as if the manager doesn't even notice customers. When I asked for his name, he introduced himself as Charles. Every time I visit, he seems preoccupied with his phone, neglecting basic hygiene practices. After a smoking break, he returns without washing his hands and puts on gloves, which still carry the strong smell of cigarettes. His treatment of employees is also very poor. I won’t be returning until they have new management at Skyland."
