"I ordered a specialty cake for my daughter-in-law's baby shower, and while it was visually stunning, the taste was overwhelmingly sweet. I usually love icing, but this was just too much for me to enjoy. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the entire bottom tier because nobody wanted it. I spent over $170 on this cake, and when I reached out to Sally’s to express my concerns, I didn’t receive any response. A simple apology or a refund would have been appreciated. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this bakery."
