"I've never been here before. we just came because jimmy johns was closed. I went at 20:15 in dana park. michael the manager cleaned the salat station. we went up happy and said hello. he said I'm gonna be with you. I told him to take his time, because we didn't know what we wanted since we were never here. I even let another patron go before us. Once we found out what we wanted, I apologized for our time. I put the first order then wanted the second order but, differently because of allergies. he was revamped when he told the worker what sandwich. he had to explain three times and said two truthahn avocado with mayonnaise. I told him it won't be the same sandwich, but each sandwich would be changed. he sighed and then asked again what. I felt like he was upset and then I apologized for a big job. I finally came to my 5th order, which was my men, and told him that I am sorry that my husband was indecision. he didn't even say no worries, it's okay, or anything to make the situation comfortable. I looked at the clock and it was 8:23 clock and said that fortunately it was still time to order. he did not see the watch yet the uneasy he felt. at this point, after I apologized and still overwhelmed and under pressure and discriminated, I asked if he was the manager. he said it was him. I asked who his direct boss was and he said jason. I asked for his contact information he answered that he could not give me his information, but an email. I finished ordering the sandwiches, and at this point I felt like all the workers looked at me and I feel embarrassed and reaped for such a great order and that I usually place before the time, as it is a great family. I said I'd go to jimmy john, but that they'd be closed by chance. again apologise and everyone still looked upset. once in register asked michael whether I wanted the earthy and the brot for our combo. in which I answered that I thought it was part of the combo and if it was, yes, I wanted it. the brot and the strawberry are part of the combo and or meal per their website. I felt so discouraged, embarrassing and not welcome to come to this facility for the first time. we came to the house and to my astonishment, eating was ordered inaccurately. the chicken enchilada chili comes with red green enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese, corn tortillas, roma tomaten, black bonn, fire roasted mais, and fed. it had nothing of it, it were only pieces of green chili and tomato. of which I took a photo. the hummerbisque was mixed with chicken noodles and had no womb, no worries and was just some really smoosh noodles, my son sandwich had tomato, in which he allergic and the honey he didn't like senf, my daughter sandwich had no sensed what the sandwich was that needed the senf and had only the half of the sandwiches speck. my man sandwich I asked for salat and was not given. the chicken stripes of my baby were cold, and last but not least I specifically pointed out the piece ecke brownie that I wanted, the only brownie I wanted, and he gave a medium piece. I'm so sick of gastritis, I couldn't eat for the day and just wanted a quick jimmy johns salat. it is ugly as I was treated and salt of wound supplement, all that was $65 to be thrown only in the müll. again I am extremely upset, felt discriminated and michael was so rude that I never want to return to this facility."
