"Caribou also provides Beyond Meat sausage for breakfast sandwiches, but interestingly, they don't offer a traditional vegan breakfast sandwich. It's puzzling that they have all the components but haven't put them together. If they did, I'd definitely return, especially since Peet's, which is owned by the same parent company, offers a Just Egg vegan sandwich. I don't understand why Caribou hasn't done the same.
I also wish Caribou offered some vegan baked goods, like donuts, cookies, or coffee cakes. Overall, though, if you're looking for a decent savory vegan option, stop by Caribou."
