"I hail from a city in southern West Virginia where Donut Connection enjoys a popularity that rivals, if not surpasses, that of Dunkin' Donuts. Now that I'm living in Chattanooga, it isn't feasible to drive nearly six hours just for donuts, but a two-and-a-half-hour drive is certainly manageable, especially with such stunning scenery along the way. We arrived at the shop at 4:00 PM, and were thrilled to find every donut we requested still available. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We ordered three dozen donuts, and the woman at the counter truly brightened our day. We began by listing 18 different donuts, and to our astonishment, she repeated our entire order back to us without taking a single note. We were all impressed and even joked about whether she could possibly remember everything for our second order of 18 donuts for our friends. Remarkably, she did, and we received our donuts quickly, most of which tasted freshly made. The cook even treated us to complimentary coffee, which the woman at the window expertly prepared for us with cream and sugar—it was delightful. The hospitality we received was genuinely heartwarming. While I'm unsure when we'll be back, we will definitely return, and I highly recommend that all travelers stop by this donut shop. It's truly worth the visit!"
