"I called at 10 o'clock to see if it was too late to place an order. The young lady on the phone assured me it wasn't, as they were open until 1. I inquired about their specials, and she kindly shared the options with me. I also asked about the new bathroom, and she provided a patient and friendly response. "I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Florence Little Caesars!! I don?t know his name, but the guy with the glasses that takes the orders is the best customer service guy ever. And him and the cook have turned this restaurant around. A few years ago, I hated this one, but now I literally won?t go anywhere else. They make those pizzas FRESH. For $7, that stuffed crust pepperoni cannot be beaten. What even is dominos now. And he always has a smile on his face and is so nice. Seriously don?t get pizza anywhere else; they?ll take great care of you! Owner of this joint, give the two men working tonight a huge promotion cause they deserve it. Love, a loyal customer who now comes every week because of the workers good food they serve."

"Ordered delivery and 1 item was missing and when i called they said they were out of it but didn't refund me or call to ask about replacement SMH and the 2 pizzas i ordered were not edible cuz meat toppings were old, the smell was awful and ruined restof food cuz all was in same food bag. I have called several times to speak to manager but no luck! I even went there in personand was told manager is the only one who can refund me but he wasn't there that day! Apparently he's never there!!! Its beenover a month and still no response!!! I spent 85 bucks and i didn't eat anything and my 7yr old tried to eat a slice of cheesebut smell was so bad he puked. So i spent 85 incl tax delivery and tip but we couldn't eat any of it! I'm not asking for fullrefund obviously i still need to pay for delivery and tip although i think the manager should tip the driver since it wasn'tedible!!! I would be ok with just refund for food please ????"

"I ordered a large hand-tossed pizza with garlic sauce, steak, bacon, and feta. When I received it, there was a large bubble in the middle causing the toppings to slide off. The staff quickly offered to remake it in a Brooklyn Style, assuring me it would be better. The manager explained that the issue was due to the combination of sauce and the regular dough. After a bit of a wait, the new pizza was ready and it was definitely worth it. They even let me keep both pizzas. The staff at this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations."

"The pizza is always fresh and hot when we get it delivered, and the workers are friendly when we do carry out. Really great deals all the time on the app, and sometimes in the store. We're able to get about 3 pizzas and stuffed cheesey bread for under $30. However, I'm giving 4 stars because every single time I order a buffalo pizza with ranch as the base, I get one of two things: no chicken, no ranch base, and no buffalo sauce. Basically just dough and cheese. Or I end up with no chicken and buffalo sauce. We do get a credit for the next order when we call and let them know, and the employees seem apologetic, but this has happened more than 7 times. We quit doing delivery when I order that specific pizza, and now strictly do pick up only. Every time we pick up the pizza we check them at the counter, and they have to remake the pizza. I won't insult the employees, because I get how stressful and busy food service is as a past food service worker myself. However, I feel they should read the orders better, or double check the order before baking. With that said, this is a great pizza place especially when you're on a budget. Use the app and ask for the daily deals if you call. The drivers have always been very friendly, so remember to give them a good tip!"

"I just placed an order and there was nothing in my instructions indicating that the food should be left outside. The delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell and simply left the food on the porch. I only discovered it outside because I went to the door to turn on the light, thinking they might not have arrived yet. I called the restaurant several times, but no one picked up. "Honestly, I’m very disappointed with this facility. They have large signs outside of the building saying how they want to “HIRE” people constantly re-new their hiring application on job sites but they refuse to call back. When I went for the interview, the hiring manager was not only late but really rude. We were supposed to be having an interview, when multiple workers continued to barge in during my interview interrupt the process. They couldn’t be honest with me about the hiring process I still haven’t heard back if I ever got the job or not, after saying they would let me know. They wanted to pay less for what they said they were paying people on the online app for delivery. I luckily was able to find a new better job that pays me three times the amount Dominoes claimed they were going to pay. This place is very unprofessional."

"this place has gone so downhill! a few times ago I have filed a command, they were 20 minutes too late on the command. Last time I went tonight, they wouldn't answer their handys to command one. tonight, I put an order for 3 people on the phone for pickup. the girl took the command and I had even repeated the command. She told me it would take 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and they could not find the order. the girl on the theke asked if it were under another name. I said no, and I repeated what he commanded. they saw through the computer and command all the others who were ready. She says I don't know who you talked to, but it's gonna take 30 minutes, that's okay, I said. No, it's not okay! I said it was done in 45 minutes, 45 minutes ago you can't find it and want me to wait 30 minutes? I said, break off the order they can't find has been going here for years!. but no longer! save yourself frustration and time and choose another location folks!"

Aside from this confusing fee, I have no major complaints. We often plan to order, but then reconsider because the delivery fee makes the total seem excessive for just a small amount of food. The base cost before placing an order is $8: $4 for the food and $4 for delivery. Additionally, there’s a minimum order requirement of $13, meaning the least you can spend is $22, regardless of the size of your order. This pricing structure makes us order far less frequently, and I’m not sure how the business benefits from this policy. Although their wings are a bit overpriced, they are definitely good and far superior to offerings from other pizza places in the area. I think wings should be priced per piece, perhaps around $0.80 each, with discounts for larger orders."
