"An entirely disappointing experience, beginning to end. It seemed the hostess wanted to seat us in an area of the restaurant where we didnât want to be seated. It was a full minutes before a server came to the table. The fish and chips were mediocre at best, with tasteless fish and inconsistently seasoned chips served with something that was to pass for tartar sauce and no offer of malt vinegar."

"Wonderful experience from beginning to end for four friends celebrating birthdays. Our server, Mario, was excellent as were the rest of the staff. The food was exceptional, we ordered: Camarones Al Ajillo, Coliflor Al Pimentón, Empanadas, Potatoes Brava, Pulpo A La Gallega, Burrata Stuffed Eggplant, Pizza Margherita, and Pizza Funghi, our drinks were perfect, and dessert, Chocolate Mousse Croccante, and the gelato with Bourbon was delightful. We will definitely return."

"We spent the day in the Bishops Arts area. Stopped in Enzo's with a party of 6 for pizza. We had salads, artichoke dip and pizza. The bartender was very friendly. The waiter was attentive. The artichoke dip was good, totally different than the usual, salads were fresh, the pizza is more of a flat bread. It is like pizza toppings on a cracker. It was a nice change and everyone enjoyed it but it was not the usual pizza. The atmosphere is lively and the restaurant has a great location. We had a good time and would come again."

"Pros: music, love the live band. Not pros, or semi pros, but decent.Neutral: the look, was mediocre at best. Definitely don't have to dress fancy, or even dress up. Place is more loose than anything else. But not bad.Bad: we get there around 7pmish on a Friday, the place has almost no patrons and they ask us if we have reservations. We say no and they sit us down after a few minutes. Spicing up the emotion and pretending to move things around for us was annoying.Took about 45 minutes to finally get a server to come to us. Only to find out the server that was messing around and talking the entire time to her co-workers was our server.We ordered our drinks and it took another 30 minutes to get those. The drinks were not bad and might have gotten more if it didn't take another 30 minutes to get our servers attention. She's talking with coworkers and pretending to look busy the entire time.Close to 10 we finally paid for the 3 drinks which came to around 80 dollars. Not worth 80 dollars but I was happy to get out of there after 3 hours of waiting around.Auto tip is included in your bill whether you had good or bad service and they still have the audacity to ask for a complimentary tip. On top of the one they force on you.Lastly, they made a fuss about us not having reservations. We were there for about three hours. There were maybe 8 people to begin with at 7pm. Towards 10 pm, there were 17 people giving or taking a few patrons. The place could easily hold two to three times the amount of people.Enter at your own risk."

"Very good local spot. Not trendy by any means and not a destination choice but if you are in MeatpackingWest village area it is a great option for lunch or casual dinner. Food is good and very tasty, ingredients are fresh and there are many choices on the menu for classic comfort American food and some innovative twists. Service is quick and efficient! And the stuff is friendly and not overbearing.Place is quiet for lunch and sometimes that's what you need in busy New York. Overall: Yes, I recommend this place! And yes, I will be back"

"The drive through was packed with the after church crowd. I ran in to get a to go order. My first thought, this was a mistake but the manager (Cole) was on it. The older guy in front of me got his order very quickly and he stopped Cole and told him theywere doing a great job. Cole was continuing to encourage the cook staff as he bagged orders in the drive through and inside. Iwas impressed to see a young man working that hard at his job. We need more people like him. My order was the best turkey baconranch wrap ever! Thank you!"

"Great atmosphere and ambiance. The setting for outdoor dining-along the river with a wonderful deck and patio-makes for a wonderful summer dining experience. Our waiter was excellent. The food was very good, but not amazing. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Bend."

"I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I waited for 30 minutes just to place my order, and during that time, my car barely moved. The line extended all the way to the Best Buy stop sign, which made the wait feel even longer. It would be great if the staff could work more efficiently to improve the drive-thru experience."

"Very bad experience ordering from here. I had a simple coupon with me and mentioned it before ordering my food. The female employee obviously did not understand what the coupon stood for (which was to order 2 chicken sandwiches for $5 max 5 chicken sandwiches per order, per visit). First, she said the coupon is only valid if I order 6 sandwiches (what Then, she corrected herself by saying the coupon is valid only if I buy 2 sets of 5 chicken sandwiches, which is 10 total (trust me, I’m confused too if you got this far). For the sake of argument, I just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches so I could move on after what felt like forever. Once I’m at the window, the female worker (receipt said her name was Fancy), was not polite whatsoever. I handed her my coupon and explained to her what the conditions were of the coupon (she didn’t even bother to look) and she said “$25” in a rude tone and basically rushed me to pay without even hearing what I had to say.I worked in customer service for quite a few years, and not once did I not try to understand and take into account the customer’s point of view. Overall, “Fancy” needs some retraining on her customer service skills maybe reconsider working in the fast-food industry.P.S., she wasn’t wearing her name tag at the window, which just shows that she’s probably been complained about before by other customers in the past."

"Just an all around huge shoutout to this bar, we don't trust leaving our baby with a baby sitter yet and this place was so welcoming to myself, dad and the baby, while we got to celebrate a friends birthday. Little narrow but opens into a huge backroom with seating inside and outside. Pretty nice deck/patio to take a smoke break. Service was awesome, although packed with people they were great at recognizing who needed help and so sweet too. Heard a lot of complaints around the bar for how the short guy makes the herbal drink sour. Also shoutout to the nice security guard too. Good vibes all around. This atmosphere is awesome, if your looking for unique, they got it. Food came fast, got fried pickles which were awesome and the burgers are huge if your hungry! You guys rock, can't wait to come back."

"This was an incredible dining experience. I made the reservation through open table and also through the arscht website just in case. I celebrated my 30th birthday eating here and watching Hamilton. The food was incredible and had such a unique flavor not often found in Miami. We ordered the short rib wellington, the lamb osso buco, two desserts, and a tortellini that we devoured without taking a picture of. The service was amazing as well, my only complaint, which isn 't a large one, and I didn 't mention it while there, was that the server at one point rushed over because he thought I was trying to share the actual bone of the lamb with my boyfriend... as if we were too simple to understand that was a lamb bone? I found that a bit insulting but i figured because we were asking questions about the menu that he found us to be ignorant. I just like to know exactly what I am about to enjoy and I truly did enjoy it. I just feel like he should be wary of how he can be condescending to paying customers who want an experience, no matter if we seem ignorant or not. Another thing I noticed was that there was a white wine, Maculan, listed under 'port ' wine. It was still delicious but I was expecting something like the tawny. The Manager was very sweet and even took the desert off for the occasion, which we did not ask for considering I mentioned nothing to anyone while there. I would definitely go back but probably dress in my finest or in a ball gown, possibly, to avoid looking like a homeless person. Didn 't think i looked it but who knows. The server was not rude per se but that was very off putting. Other than that, everyone else was very sweet and kind and again the food is definitely worth the price. Our bill with gratuity was around 237, and was lowered to 220 after one of the two deserts was taken off. I would gladly pay it again without the bones comment."

"I wish there was a way to give negative ratings because I had a terrible experience at Arby's. They messed up my entire order, and even when I went inside to resolve it, they still didn't give me what I originally ordered. After checking the bags, I noticed they took my incorrect order and set it aside to be served to the next customers. That is so unsanitary! On top of that, they acted as if the mistake was my fault when all I wanted was my order. They definitely need better training or a staff overhaul, especially the girl with green hair who had a really poor attitude!"

"rapidly becoming a favorite; we go predominantly for .50 wing night, but the food holds up besides the wings. Service is variable but always cheerful and usually very good; food is fresh and fast; fun place, unfortunately like most restaurants the place is polluted by TV's but if you can ignore them you're ahead of the game. I believe it is owned by the same folks who own Ember across the street and we enjoy Ember a lot, so it's not surprising we like Brick."

"The cashier was newer with only a months experience, which we didn’t mind. She asked multiple questions of staff, which we also didn’t mind. Then we were told there was no roast beef for 15-20 minutes after we had already paid. We didn’t mind, we just asked for a refund and would change our orders. Then the newer cashier got really sassy and whiny with her coworkers to do the refund. It was really unprofessional, and I felt like I was witnessing a toddler about to throw a tantrum to the staff. The order and refund ended up taking 5-7 minutes and then wait on food took maybe another 3-5, so we might as well have gotten roast beef.On another hand, the bathrooms are also disgusting. Every piece of porcelain was orange and stained, which I passed as really rusty water, but the bathrooms across the parking lot were fine. Awful place. Go to the McDonald’s across the street."
