So today we go to arby's I told them about the mac cheese from the other day and gave them my name they gave me a cheese cup no mac cheese. "I went to this Arby's today ordered the Roast beef classic with mayo extra leaf lettuce EXTRA ONION and tomato. There was two tiny rings of onion and my tomatoes were green and I mean green. I had a side salad asked for onion on it and there was one tiny piece of onion on my salad like what the heck does anyone know what extra means or to literally ADD and give what is asked for on a customers food order....I couldn't taste nor barely see any onions. The roast beef tastes really salty today as well. I've been disappointed and keep trying to eat at one of my favorite restaurants but I think I'm just done. This isn't the first review I have left and I don't think it's a point to anymore."

"Drive thru isnt too bad of a wait, I 'm not extremely apposed waiting a few 10 mins to get freshly made food! I deliver as an independent Contractor and at times I 'll do food, SO tell me why you would hand me 2 drinks knowing it 's a dash without a drinkcarrier. The poorly kept uniform, unsmiling unfriendliest 'Hello ', apparently on the lazy side, fast food worker needs areminder customer Excellence and POOR quality of 1 customer can go a long way. Also why at 10am aren 't the doors open along withdrive thru because GAS is expensive, I save gas and time by going inside! "This restaurant could really use some management improvements. The drive-thru was not working, and there were paper signs instructing customers to pull ahead to place their orders. I waited in line for 15 minutes, watching others order and then wait for their food instead of moving forward. When I finally placed my order, I found out they were out of nearly everything. On a positive note, the staff was really friendly, which is a definite plus. The food was served as I requested, but it was quite messy. The taste was excellent, though. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t meet my expectations for an Arby’s. I believe that with the right manager, this place could really improve."

"We've been here before but it's been a long time. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated right away, but the service was very slow. It was sort of busy, but not crazy. There were empty tables all around. It took forever to get a glass of wine and a draft beer. The menu is much smaller than I remember and the food was just so-so this time. The ceviche was pretty good and the empanadas were just ok. It was all so slow mediocre that we cut our visit short. We ended up ordering only a few drinks appetizers, then left and ate dinner somewhere else. Very disappointing."

"I've seen some negative reviews about this restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. It's unfortunate that some people write reviews based on a single bad visit, as they can really stick around. My wife and I had a fantastic time. My meal was excellent; I ordered the Pfannenburger, and it was cooked just the way I wanted. The live music was a highlight as well, with some truly impressive performers—definitely not the typical garage bands you find in many small college bars. "The restaurant is always very clean, and the staff is friendly. The food is excellent for a quick meal, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering the healthier menu options available. I've never had a bad experience here, and I would definitely recommend it. The only downside for me is that they discontinued the Italian sandwich that my husband and I enjoyed, but that's beyond their control. However, I do love the beef and cheddar and the loaded fries. "The service at Arby's is quite fast, and the employee who takes your order and serves you at the window is very friendly. My favorite item on the menu is the Greek Gyro, which is absolutely delicious. I also tried one of the new sandwiches they advertised, but despite Arby's claims of having plenty of meat, I found my sandwich lacking in that department. Additionally, I ordered a Coke Zero but was given Diet Coke instead. It seems like they might not have Coke Zero, and even though the employee confirmed my choice twice, I still ended up with a Diet Coke. "The drive through is supposed to be open until 10pm. As we were staying in the hotel next door and had been traveling, Arbys seemed like a good option. We went through the drive through at 9:30pm exactly. The staff had already shut down the machines andtold us they were out of everything. At least three cars went through the drive through after us before 9:40pm. I get wanting tobe done with work early but Arby?s has got to do better with their staffing. If you?re open until 10pm it means you need to beopen, machines on, and serving customers until 10pm. Really a let down with very few options open late for dinner around here.They lost at least 4 peoples business as the staff wanted to close early."

"The restaurant is easy to find with a nice and clean parking lot that includes accessible handicap parking. The store was clean overall, but I did notice trash under 2 tables and the floor was slippery and lightly greasy. As for the food, I had a hard time choosing between the number 13 and number 14 meals, but the cashier recommended the number 14 which was a turkey bacon sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous, as I couldn't finish my curly fries. The customer service was also very friendly and attentive. "This restaurant had a nice, quiet atmosphere, and it seemed to attract mostly locals. We arrived without a reservation, but they quickly set up a table for us. Our server did an amazing job; she attended to all ten of us, and although there were a couple of mix-ups, it was impressive given the size of our group and that she was handling it all alone. We returned the following night, and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the same server. She managed our large table effortlessly and was constantly on the move to ensure we were well taken care of. I really think she deserves a raise; she truly made the owners proud with her exceptional service!"

"I'm giving this place 2 stars because I had already paid for a shake before I was informed that it wasn't available. I only found out when my sandwich was ready, and there was no indication that the shake machine was down when I placed my order or when I paid. The cashier didn’t mention anything, and the manager didn’t offer a refund for the shake I didn't receive. I had to ask for a refund for the shake so that it could be credited back to my card, and then I had to reorder just the sandwich. I’ll need to check my card transaction later. "I'm not sure why there are so few Arby's in Redding and its surroundings, but when I visited a nearby smoke shop, I noticed a long line that stretched all the way to Cypress Avenue. I wasn't particularly interested in waiting, especially since I wasn't even hungry! I had planned to take my dog to the park, but that didn’t happen, and all I could think about were some nuggets for him and my three buffalo sliders. The sliders had the perfect combination of the right kind of chicken on delicious bread, tender and coated in a wonderfully spicy, tangy buffalo sauce. Honestly, no one else serves anything like this, so thank goodness for Arby's! The roast beef with that indulgent liquid cheese is also incredible. The chicken was perfectly tender, and I can wholeheartedly say yes to this place. I would probably enjoy anything they serve as long as it’s dipped in that amazing Arby’s sauce. It’s June 22, 2021, and I’m thrilled that Arby’s is back open. I won't lie—I even keep a few packets of Arby’s sauce handy as a little treat for later. If you value your relationship, I highly recommend you do the same!"
