"We absolutely adore this restaurant, which is primarily run by students in training. The chefs, typically in their second year or higher, are exceptional and often supervised by experienced professionals. The food is consistently delicious, and the desserts are especially fantastic. While the waitstaff and front of house team may be a bit shy and are still learning, they are very sweet and eager to improve. Overall, this is a wonderful opportunity to support young individuals pursuing a career in hospitality. Additionally, the meals offered are a great value."
