"Terrible place specially for this time around and during COVID We made reservations here and asked them if we can seat at their advertised patio area. They had many tables but no heater ! The host Arcelia lies to us saying that they have working heater. When our party got there she said sorry only works! And we could not find a spot around their working heater. We refused to sit and eat there as all their other sits were indoor. The food was also not at all impressive or star! Very average ."

"We have eaten at other Otesaga venues but this was our first time at 1909. What a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. The ambiance of the dining room was just right classy but not ostentatious. It had a warmth to it, enhanced by the stone fireplace dividing the two dining room spaces. The wait staff were friendly, informative, and very professional, able to answer any question we had. The drinks were well done and the perfect amount. But the star of our meal was, as it should be, the food. We started with a wedge salad that utilized romaine instead of iceburg, which gave it depth and texture, and then it was on to the steaks. My partner had the t bone, cooked perfectly medium rare, and I had the filet mignon, also cooked perfectly for me at medium. Nice char on the outside and melt in your mouth tender on the inside for both steaks. The front of the house manager was happy to discuss the process they used for each type of steak. My partner and I both agreed that these were the best steaks we had ever had, either at home or at any number of steak restaurants. The meal was perfectly timed, no feeling of rush at all. The prices were higher than we normally pay, but not out of line with other fine steakhouses. There were non steak options as well; a diner at the next table had the cod and she said it was amazing. It was a wonderful evening and I would recommend 1909 to anyone looking for a special experience."

"I love their house salads . The atmosphere is always beautiful. Our service was a little slow the night we went and it wasn't a busy night . Their wild mushroom ravioli is my favorite with steak tips but it's hit or miss with the steak quality. This time it had a lot of gristle , but there are times the tips are made perfectly. I roll the dice every time we go because it's my favorite dish there. I recommend trying it ! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5"

"The atmosphere and food were as expected. The servers were tense, unfriendly, uncommunicative. Unfortunately this was made worse by our food taking an excessive amount of time to arrive. Having to finally ask what was happening (was on the verge of leaving) the server was unpleasant and did not immediately respond. Finally another waitstaff informed us of a delay due to an 8 top arriving soon after us. The food was not piping hot upon arrival, leaving the impression of being left under a warming light too long."

"FYI Integrity is not on the menu at McGill's. Please pass the word. McGill's at 61st and Yale is now on my DONT USE LIST for a private function. We have a program scheduled there tomorrow night that was booked in January - with a signed contract! We called today to lock in our 12 RSVPs. Since signing our contract in January!, Amy, the manager, had double booked their private room with "one of their best customers". They want to "accommodate us" by relocating us to their downtown location. Really. Not exactly accommodating TO US. We are going to Mahogany instead. Caveat emptor!"

"While the flowers were lovely and served their purpose, I found them to be quite lacking. When I received the bouquet, it appeared sparse and lacking vibrancy. I compared it to the promotional photo and realized that one flower was missing! I understand that it won’t be exactly the same as the photo, but the other flowers I received were either not fully bloomed or already wilting. The presentation was beautiful, but four flowers for $50? That was not what I had anticipated."

"We’ve been dining here for almost ten years, pre Covid it was a must go to any time we visit Cambria. Post Covid is a whole different story. Had 7:30 reservations, only had to wait about 10 mins. Then the problems started, was given water immediately, waited about 20 mins for our server to finally come over, ordered a bottle of wine and two sodas for our kids as well as placing our food order at the same time. Got our drinks in about ten minutes. We ordered a goat cheese salad with chicken, fettuccine with chicken, the burger, and the flat iron steak medium rare with chimichurri sauce. Nearly 45 mins later our food finally arrived the chicken on the salad was incredibly overcooked and dry, the wine sauce on my daughter’s fettuccine didn’t have the alcohol burned off and was so strong it was burning her throat, steak was cooked properly but the chimichurri sauce was more of a paste( probably made in a food processor or buffalo chopper instead of hand chopping the herbs) the fingerling potatoes were cold and the broccoli was horribly overcooked and had enough garlic to to kill a horse, my sons cheeseburger still had the paper that separates the cheese slices from one another on it. I usually don’t give reviews on bad restaurant experiences because after being in that business for over 20 years I understand that places have off nights once in awhile, but this is the 3rd time we’ve gone to Indigo Moon since COVID allowed restaurants to open back up and each time it has been horrible, I’m not sure what happened but we’ve definitely gone for the last time, think twice before making reservations, there plenty of other better dining options in Cambria."

"This was a nice, relaxed spot to spend some time. Earlier today, we decided to go out for a burger and check out a place we hadn't been to before. Spoons Grill and Bar served fantastic food. We ordered a couple of burgers, fries, and chicken strips. We didn't have any alcohol, but they do have a bar area for drinks. The atmosphere has a cozy pub vibe. Our waitress was excellent and very helpful. It’s a great place, and I hope to visit here more often!"
