"Last night, my family dined at Red Lobster. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow due to a shortage of staff. We ended up spending nearly two hours there, with a 45-minute wait just to be seated. We placed our orders fairly quickly, but it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. My husband had ordered the endless shrimp and waited nearly 30 minutes even after requesting a different variety of shrimp, which ended up being overcooked and spongy. The person managing the front was busy seating guests, clearing tables, and cleaning, all while there were only three waitresses on duty. The manager never came out from the back to assist. In the end, we spent $114 on disappointing food."
