"When our family returned here while on vacation, I noted with amusement a number of signs stating R&R Bayview: Best Breakfast Ever. I don 't know as if I 'd go that far; in the breakfast category, R&R has some stiff competition not too far away. Now if they said We Serve A Damn Good Breakfast , I 'd agree 120%. In my previous (two years past review, I mentioned that the cook had a rather heavy hand on the garlic. This has been dialed back quite a bit, because my hash browns were super tasty with nothing really being dominant. I also want to mention four words that should, in a just world, bring people flocking to their doorstep: Dollar Burgers On Mondays. Their burgers aren 't the fancy-shmancy pile-everything-but-the-dog 's-chewtoy-on-a-pretzel-bun gourmet burgoire ; they 're just honestly cooked, lightly seasoned, and proudly presented. These are seriously tasty sandwiches, and getting them for a buck a pop is as close to manna from heaven as most of us will encounter. I also mentioned an issue with the dinner check; with repeated visits this year, nothing of that sort was noted. (You should still sanity-check your dinner check, but I saw no problems with mine this year. They 're an extended trip out of town, but I think R&R is worth the trip. (I can 't speak about staying at the resort, but that would make sure your dinner travel is minimal. Recommended again unless you go there on Wednesdays, which is their day of rest."
