"I recently had a meal at this restaurant and while the atmosphere was fantastic, the food unfortunately left a lot to be desired.
1. **Appetizers**: The chips were decent and came with three different salsas, but all of them tasted rather bland. As for the corn, it was quite disappointing—definitely not what I expected. It had an unpleasant taste, which made me think either the cheese was spoiled or the corn itself had gone bad.
2. **Main Course**: I ordered the fajitas, and the meat seemed like it had been refrigerated for too long, lacking freshness. The flour tortillas tasted cheap and were rather paper-like in texture—definitely not what I was hoping for. Eating them felt like chewing on cardboard. The taco meat was boiled and quite chewy as well.
3. **Desserts**: The desserts were a bit of a mixed bag. The Chonut and flan were good, but the churros were undercooked and soggy.
On a positive note, our waiter was excellent—he was attentive and friendly, which made the experience more enjoyable. It's a shame the food didn't live up to the restaurant's potential, as I believe it could thrive better in a SoCal setting where the focus might be more on atmosphere than on food quality. Here, people seem to prioritize taste, and unfortunately, the food just didn’t hit the mark. A bit of salsa dancing would definitely enhance the vibe, and I hope they take the opportunity to improve their food quality, as it truly is a lovely place."
