"We had made a reservation for the special Valentine's Day dinner at 7:00 PM, but we didn’t receive our meals until 8:15 PM. To make matters worse, while my partner's dish was hot, mine arrived lukewarm. I informed our waitress, who offered to take my plate back to the kitchen to warm it up. However, after waiting an hour for my food, I chose to just keep it. Additionally, when we tried to order dessert from the special Valentine's Day menu, we were told those desserts weren’t actually available, which was confusing given that the menus hadn’t been updated. Our waitress did provide us with a discount due to the long wait. Overall, it seemed the restaurant wasn’t adequately prepared for this special event."
