"The cowboy crack was dry, tough, and stringy—definitely not the tender, succulent pork belly I was expecting. I was concerned I might chip a tooth while chewing it. The Cajun corn was flavorful, but the portion didn’t justify the price; it consisted of just half a cob cut into four wedges. On a positive note, the ribs were excellent and hearty. The vinegar-based coleslaw paired nicely with the richness of the ribs."
