"We arrived with a reservation and were seated right away with a smile, despite a busy lobby on a Friday night. Our server, Stephanie, was outstanding. She checked on us multiple times, brought our drinks promptly, packaged our leftovers as soon as we finished, and promptly provided us with the dessert menu. Many places tend to ease off once you receive your meal, but she maintained good service throughout. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes. We ordered the Chicken Marsala, Salmon Oscar, and Chicken Parmesan. For dessert, we had the Gigi's butter cake, which was amazing. Highly recommended."

"I always enjoy dining at Maggiano’s from a typical family dinner to a romantic date night to a Thanksgiving dinner. The generous portion, great service, and quality food are always there. Our waiter, Jeremy (young man with glasses) was very knowledgeable, attentive, and polite/professional. It was a special occasion (my good friend, Aaron’s farewell to Germany for a great job opportunity) so I was looking forward to a very nice time with him. And I got just that on Sunday. Thanks Maggiano’s for always there for me for my dining needs; you are definitely one of my go-to restaurants in the Denver Metro area for sure."

"We have been twice in the last 2 weeks ... which describes how much we love Metro 8. The porcini mushroom noodles are my favorite along with steak and tuna. The vegetables are always so fresh and perfectly prepared. The salads are crispy and dressed properly, and the wine list is huge and tasty. Perfect for dates, girls' nights or special occasions. Correctly priced for the top notch food you get. Better steaks than Angus Barn, better pasta than Maggianos, and much cheaper. The terrace is our favorite dining space, but the tables inside are super romantic. We will no doubt be back soon. Great service, fantastic atmosphere, top bar and wine list and local food to celebrate small businesses ... all my favorite things! Parking is so much easier than downtown Durham and we love the taste of 9th Street. The desserts are fantastic and the coffee is delicious."

"We went to maggianos around five months ago in July for a birthday, and came back this month for our anniversary, we had the same server (Davien) and he is genuinely the best guy we’ve ever met. so welcoming and so nice and the food is just so great. we spilled a drink and everyone was so nice and helpful and we can’t wait to come back next time"

"I booked my Mother's Day brunch at Maggiano's with my adult daughters. We were all looking forward to great food and service. We had a reservation and did not have to wait long for our table (even though it was not the area I had requested when making the reservation). Our food for the brunch was good. The beef al forno turned out to be an odd food choice. The special rosamosa that was advertised for Mothers Day brunch was sold out by the time we were seated at 1:45 PM. Our waitress seemed very rushed the entire meal. The pace of our brunch items were also rushed. The most bizarre experience with the waitress was the fact she kept leaving dirty silverware on the table. At one point, she was clearing the table for dessert and I had handed her my dirty knife and she placed it back on the table and announced she'd pick it up later. In fact, she left ALL of our dirty silverware on the table. There was tomato sauce all over our tablecloth. We gathered all of the dirty silverware towards the end of the table in hopes she would bus them. She did not and we had to ask her to take them away before the deserts came out. It was a simple request that became an issue because of her attitude. Her unwillingness to properly bus our table and rushed attitude took away from my overall experience for Mother's Day. I purposely chose Maggiano's out of all of the restaurants I could have chosen from that day. Little gestures of caring for your customer would have made all of the difference."

"Usually we have a great experience however this time was not very well. We had reservations for a Bachelorette dinner we arrived around we were not seated till around we never griped as we know you can’t make people leave tables. But they never communicated with us we had to ask for update as we had car services booked and needed to cancel them. They were nice and offered a complimentary appetizer which was appreciated. Our biggest gripe was our server, it was apparent he was over his shift and ready to leave. It’s was not busy and it took him forever to get our drink order or to even get food ordered. He rarely visited the table, never once offered water refills or allowed us to order more drinks, we had people celebrating a bachelorette and car service would have loved to have more than one drink as this was the start of our celebration. He forgot some of the meal, and after we finally got everything and ate we sat for at least minutes waiting to get our ticket so we could leave, having to reschedule car service yet again. Overall it was an awful experience as we had built up Maggiano’s to many of the attendees at the party and received worst service I’ve ever experienced. We were married at Maggiano’s and absolutely love the place but this was beyond horrid. We couldn’t even locate a manager to relay our disappointment in the service. As I said this was purely a server issue though, food was good, restaurant beautiful"

"We just love Maggiano's for food and their service. This Vernon Hills location is wonderful. The ambiance is pleasant and comfortable. They always accommodate us with our request for booth seating. The pasta dishes are just the best and oh ya...their raspberry lemonade is soooooooooooo good. I love how we start the meal with some of the most delicious fresh bread that we soak in olive oil and parmesan cheese. They have another feature that we just love. When you order one pasta, you get one to take home so that is 2 for 1 and I love that. Their lasagna is so darned good and we both just love their chopped salad. David was our server and he was just so pleasant and efficient throughout our entire meal. Our check was presented and handled quickly as well, come by and enjoy a delicious pasta dish....you won't be disappointed."

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"The wine sommelier came to our table pushing the most expensive red wine, but most of us opted for a different red wine and two of us wanted white wine. The two who wanted white wine had to wait longer to be served. Despite having an 8:00 pm reservation, we were not seated until 8:30 pm and our service was slow. We were the last table to leave, as the other workers began cleaning up before we were done. We had visited this restaurant during our Spring Training trip the year before and had received much better service. Unfortunately, we won't be returning in the future as there are plenty of other Italian restaurants to choose from."

"when we lived in vegas, we dictated several times at both locations. it's probably 3.5 years ago. our server sylvia was great! also the “One for tomorrow” deal is great. but the summerlin location has packed so many tables in the dining room that server pushed into our chairs. eating was not as good as we remembered. only 3 of our 7 people really enjoyed their meals. the others were either too salty, undercooked, lacking in hawn or taste."

"I stopped by here on a Saturday night around 10:30 pm with my husband, and we were seated indoors but next to the open windows since it was warm outside). The table was tiny, which worked out for us anyways since we only ordered wines. I had this placeon my list in hopes of getting wine and cheese plates, but since we came here after dinner, we were way too stuffed to eatanything. So, we ordered 3 glasses of wine total Merlot, Malbec, and Cab. I don't remember the names of the Malbec and Merlotwe ordered, but Uppercut from Napa Valley) was the Cabernet we got, and it was DELISH. We ordered olives later in the nightwhich were delicious but were pitted which I hate : Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable. I would definitelyrecommend!"

"Normally we have no complaints whenever we go to this location of Maggianos but there were two misses in our entrees this visit. My daughter had the filet mignon with the crispy vesuvio potatoes and broccoli. The steak was cooked perfectly but the entire plate was doused with au jus. As a result the potatoes were mushy and the broccoli was swimming in the au jus. Very unappetizing. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with the addition of shrimp. The alfredo sauce was a little gloppy and the shimp, while tasty were in the bottom of the dish, not tossed with the pasta. It was edible but it was a poor presentation of the dish. The stuffed shells special was perfectly done and the spaghetti with marinara was good. I would still recommend Maggianos because in the past I've rarely been disappointed. This must have been an off night."

"First and last time! Our reservation apparently was not important. It took 30 minutes to seat us past our reservation time and there were 37 people waiting to be seated. we did not get the booth or tables promised. No accommodations were made for my disability or for our toddler who needed either a high chair or a booth. Once seated at the back of the restaurant which took a while to maneuver through, the manager rudely suggested we move after being seated to a table even further away from the front door and facilities. He said I was blocking the aisle which I informed him was his problem not mine, since we had told them several times in advance we required a table close to the door and out of the way of other patrons. He rolled his eyes and walked away. He didn’t even attempt to resolve their mistakes. The food was disgusting. Cold, overcooked, under seasoned and just a dismal mess for Thanksgiving day, clearly not up to par for their regular fare as I’ve been told. Many other patrons felt the food was very poor quality and taste. There were complaints at nearly every table in our line of vision and within earshot. We saw three tables of people we knew and we all talked about how bad the food was. Other patrons chimed in as we were exiting. Slow service due to the complete disorganization of the front of the house. We were handled by a very kind and friendly server. Thanks to our server for making us feel like people and not numbers like the manager, hostess and person who seated us had behaved. We should not have had to pay for our meal after having been subjected to a clearly overbooked restaurant and hands down the worst meal we have ever experienced. My teenager felt that he could have done better by opening a box of cereal and I hated to agree, but I had to. Shame on you Maggiano’s!"

"I do not say that maggiano’s at the pavillons is the best Italian restaurant in denver because there are a few others that I loved so much. I just say that maggiano’s is my favorite and I’m a first generation italian who eat pasta, meatballs 100 times a year for my first 20 years of life. maggiano has good pasta. it is always al dente (firm) when I order it and my favorite is the rigatoni. I ask for the rigatoni with Marinara sauce with a side of meatball and one side of sausage. I didn't melt the cheese. I eat it at maggiano as if I had made grandmas and dear old mother. I had the kalbspiccata that was also excellent. also the minenstronesuppe was particularly good this time. or maybe I was particularly hungry. I eat very easily when I have reservations for dinner at maggiano’s. I wasn't disappointed yet!"

"Very rushed, from the time we hit the door it was Go, Go, Go! We ordered it took a very long time. When we receive our food. Our order was wrong. They fixed it very quickly, but the rest of the evening the wait staff seem to treat us very abruptly. The food set like it was microwave dinner quality. Did not enjoy it, probably won’t go back."
