"I was on the lookout for a different pub in the area and was pleased with the menu I saw. So, at 7:30 a.m. today, I finally decided to visit at 7:43 a.m. However, despite sitting at the bar, I didn’t even receive a glass of water. A young male employee didn’t greet us, didn't offer menus, and didn’t bring us water, but he did take the time to clear dishes and check on the only other couple at the bar. Meanwhile, the bartender welcomed a group of three who arrived after us, took their orders, and prepared their drinks. I can't shake the feeling that the service culture at this restaurant isn't great, especially towards certain guests. I will definitely not return and would advise others to stay away as well."

"Good, but not the great experience I was hoping for. I had the crooked beef, ash and cookies. I would like to have some cripples on the beef and also the hash, as it was cooked on a grid. Instead, the food had a texture/softness, which I would feed my child or a senior. When he spoke of my child, he got the young pancake and loved him absolutely. It was a sweet pancake with small round ears. The diner decoration was good and my son loved hanging the red car on the ceiling and the motorcycle. Bathrooms were super clean. At least one hook is required in the stands for wallets, jackets, parasols etc."

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"I'm surprised this place is even listed on OpenTable. From the lackluster welcome at the front door to the greasy food and two competing music sources in the dining area, nothing seemed to work. They claim to offer a New Orleans experience, but having dined in numerous restaurants in NOLA, I can confidently say this place wouldn't last a week on even the outskirts of the city. After the oily, chalky fried green tomatoes, I was told they only had enough oysters for half a po' boy. I accepted that, but when they brought it out, it wasn't Cajun spiced as I requested, and they charged me the full price. Does OpenTable even screen their restaurants?"

"Absolutely incredible experience at Breakfast Queen! There's expansive parking in the back, there were empty spaces even though it was a very busy weekend day. The service was excellent, our server gave us good recommendations for what we might enjoy, gave us some options for personalizations, And checked back frequently enough that we felt we were genuinely cared for without being hectored. They have a very large menu, large enough that I might say everybody could find something to love here. It would be excellent for large families or picky eaters. Sometimes a large menu means questionable quality food, but I've now had a burrito, fish and chips, spaghetti with meatballs, and a burger here and they have all been absolutely perfect diner food. 10 out of 10 modern diner experience."

"My family and I went there on July 27th. They were a little busy but we didn't have to wait fir a table. It took our waitress about 10-15 minutes to come take our drink order, it might had been longer because we had already knew what we wanted. When she came back with the drinks we place an order for appetizers and our main course. We'll it took some time before we received our appetizers. All and all it took well over an hour for us to receive our main course. That is from the time it was ordered. Then when we received our food it was l lukewarm and our backed potatoes were old and cold, the cheese wouldn't even melt on them. Also I ordered broccoli as a side and I received broccoli pieces ?. Most of the pieces was the stem part. I would expect a place like this to service fresh broccoli ?. I have eaten here plenty of times but the last few times have not been good. I hate this because they use to be a good and high quality restaurant. I will not be returning ???"

"Overpriced, tamales red only we order twice and we still red when we order green, Burritos 15 dollars for rice, beans and meat, each food car can you for much less than that and better taste, Cumin on everything that is the only taste u on everything. Don't go back. Spend over 145 dollars on 3 burritos 3 tamales 1 nachos 5 drinks and 2 fish tacos. No thanks"

"This is my go to coffee shop in Raleigh. I drive out of my way, past several other coffee shops, to go here. Why? The owner is a coffee nerd and you get real coffee. He trains his baristas to be coffee nerds, so you get consistent quality. I've gone to other shops where your latte will be good if the owner is in, but it will be burnt or watery or some other issue otherwise. A barista at New World is a coffee expert and at other shops, sometimes the barista has only been trained to use the cash register. New World breakfast options are excellent the build your own breakfast sandwich option is something that makes every member of my family happy. I've never recommended New World to anyone who didn't come back with rave reviews. I think the Durham location even has a slight edge for breakfast because they have a grill. But I still rate my preferred breakfast sandwich 5 stars in Raleigh. (Edited to add: the new location in Raleigh has a grill and more, so back to full marks for Raleigh! I love that it's simultaneously small business and low key. Friendly people who will speak when you come in. Tables to hang out or a to go station when you're in a rush. You can immediately tell and appreciate it's not a huge chain and that the owners give attention to both locations. But it's also one of the only places I could order online during Covid that wasn't Starbucks. I'm being overly picky to say I want the modern capabilities of a big chain without having to drink their coffee. I want a coffee I can choose and pay for at home and know it will be ready when I roll up. But, again, I want it to be good. So, New World it is, even 10 minutes in the wrong direction from my office. I know they are moving (the Raleigh location down the street to the old Steak and Shake by the Duraleigh Library. I don't know if they'll have a drive through (that would be AWESOME! but I do know they'll have more space and more seats. And it's so needed in that area where all you have are Starbucks and that new one where everything tastes like a frappucino with no coffee in it. I'm happy for their success because they've worked hard to earn it they provide a quality product that is in short supply in the area, and that is always an excellent business model. I will continue to go frequently and support their success."

"great food source in the inner city of rochester. fleee to roc late and the angry goat has opened its kitchen until 1 o'clock daily. on a Sunday night at 11:30 a.m. and had an estimate of 25 m. the southern fried chicken tenders were absolutely delicious and plentiful. the blueberry BBQ sauce has a strong and pronounced blueberry flavor; tasty! I had also ordered a side of fritten, and everything came in the same box. the chicken pliers stood on the fryed, and when I took up my order (I was probably 15-20m late) my eating was still warm, but the fryed were kind of tender. it didn't matter, it still tasted great since the season. they are the thick fries that are not as thick as steak-frries, but are about 3-4 times thicker than mcdonalds pommes. I really enjoyed it, and even if I didn't fly too late, I would still choose to order food from the angry goat again. ps is the brotback on chicken onions milk-free."

"My colleague and I visited Mandy's Cafe Deli for breakfast on June 27, 2022, and it was our first time there since we were in the area meeting a customer. The variety of options available at Mandy's was fantastic, and the staff were polite, quick, and welcoming. The atmosphere felt cozy, and the food was absolutely exceptional!"

"Passed by this place yesterday and was curious, so I looked them up today and ordered breakfast. The online ordering was easy, and the food was prepared and waiting when I arrived. The shop is so cute! Lots of sweets like cupcakes, popcorn, and brittle. Customer service was great. The woman at the counter was helpful with my questions and told me about upcoming events, like a jazz show. We got the snickerdoodle French toast, and the breakfast sandwich. Both were really delicious. The photo doesn't do the sandwich justice at all, but it was great. The red velvet cheesecake wasn't my favorite, but it was ok. The menu changes over for lunch, so I'm looking forward to trying some other menu items."

"Been eating at this guys restaurants for over twenty years, since el burrito across the street. Once a week at least, my wife broke a tooth on her first bite of enchiladas and found a tiny fake diamond in her mouth, owner told her it wasn't from cook because they don't wear jewelry, I have pictures showing they do, owner told us to f off over a $300 dental bill, u lost a once week customer buying family dinner over a tiny dental bill u scumbag."
