"Biscuits and gravy I couldn’t eat, the biscuits were rubbery, the gravy literally splashed all over the kitchen counter. The sauce, ham, and hashbrowns were burned. The eggs were not scrambled, simply folded over like an omelette style. When I called to inform of my concerns, I was dismissed by the initial person on the phone, didn’t listen, was told to call Door Dash. After expressing concern that we order there often and would like to continue to do so I was placed on hold for 13 minutes to speak to a manager. Stefanie Stephanie came on the line, didn’t let me speak, simply demanded I contact Door Dash. I am not one to make waves, but there are ways to handle customer service, this was NOT the way. Absolutely no resolution offered, no alternate solution, no empathy, nothing. I would love to speak to the owner."
