"First and foremost, the customer service was terrible. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the staff member—specifically a woman at the counter—responded with such rudeness and condescension that I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Good customer service is essential in any restaurant, and being treated like I was foolish is just unacceptable.
Next, their inventory management was chaotic. After placing my order and making my payment, I was informed that an item was out of stock. Instead of being notified beforehand or offered a substitute, I was simply told that the manager would issue a refund the next day. This was not only inconvenient but also lacked transparency, as I received no receipt or proof of this promised refund.
As for the food, it was another disappointment. The portion sizes were surprisingly small, offering poor value for the price. What truly ruined the experience, though, was the temperature of the food. Both the fries and the chicken sandwich were soggy and cold, which completely took away any enjoyment I could have had.
I cannot recommend this place, and I certainly won't be returning.
