"I've been stopping in to Sal's for years with a wide variety of groups and have never been disappointed. From the host/ess to the servers, the hospitality has been nothing short of friendly, exceptional and accommodating. I cannot brag enough about their staff. Now, on to the main course: The food is out of this world. From the freshest tasting meats, to the side dishes (gotta try the grean beans! , the menu has never failed to please. And if something isn't quite right(a VERY rare miss , they fix it quick! The selection is wide, without going nuts, and the portions are huge. I have yet to finish a meal in one sitting. All I can say to the owners and staff is: Keep up the good work! I'll be back(repeatedly . Highly recommended! ????????????????????"

"Well I made the reservation on open table for inside seating as it was well over 80* outside and muggy. When we arrived I told them we had made a reservation through Open Table for inside and the hostess and manager both asked how long ago I had made it. I told them that I made it roughly 30-45 min before we arrived. They both told me that it didn't show up, I then showed them the verification on my phone and they still didn't honor it, and we had to sit outside when I could clearly see two to three table open inside. Luckily we were sat in front of a fan, we had a great server, and the food was good because the initial service from the manager and hostess was not enjoyable."

"Hard to find a place like this anywhere in NW Wis. Most of the time you can find simple bar food. Not so here. Casual but great food for a dining experience. White linen tablecloths and napkins. Okay wine list. Good service staff. A Che who cares what goes on the table. Justified prices. Worth seeing."

"Went in because I wanted a steak where I could sit at the bar and watch some football in a relaxed atmosphere. This place was definitely that. My bartender/server was really nice and was easy to talk to. The food on the other hand was mediocre for theprice. I ordered the prime rib cooked to medium. The steak resembled more of a steak from a diner and the steak was way overcooked. For the price of the steak I couldn't believe what i received it was not worth it. On the plus side....the the sidesalad was decent and the grilled vegetable that came with the steak was my favorite. It had great flavor and was cooked well. Iprobably will not come back again."

"Went with my boyfriend to eat lunch. I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with pesto Aioli (sp? Anyway, the sandwich was dry AF. Had to go ask for the pesto. There were 2 employees working at the time. Neither of which cared anything about working. Took forever for them to acknowledge I was there. We were the only customers in there at the time."
