"UPDATE 2/26/22 1st Experience was 5 star, 2nd was 4 star, last experience was 1 star! Updated review: For the price of an expensive steakhouse you expect excellent customer service and that was the opposite of our experience. The server was fine but the hostess was rude and the manager was downright combative. When we calmly explained our dissatisfaction he just argued with us and said how wrong we were. This person repeatedly lied to us then eventually walked away. No empathy, no apology, even if we were wrong (which I don't think we were) he could have handled it with class and compassion. Instead we were made to feel much worse. We left the restaurant feeling just terrible. The absolute worst restaurant experience I've had in a very long time. And I don't normally complain but this manager, named George, was so defensive and rude we just have to let other diners know. There is a very real possibility you will be mistreated as we were. And certainly don't expect any special customer service, even if the bill averages around $100/person. And for an expensive restaurant... what a shame. The food is massively overpriced for what you get. So many better options in the area. I would never go back here and definitely do not recommend. Original review: Legit steakhouse. Expect to pay about $100/per person. That said, everything was delicious from the drinks to the steaks! If you live steak and want to treat yourself, this is a great option. Service is top notch as well. Looking forward to returning."
