"Went on Mother's Day and the service was one of the worst I had in my life. There was no assigned waiter so we got asked what we'd like to order by three different people. Somehow, even with 3 people checking in, it still took them over 15 minutes to take our order and bring our drinks (which were forgotten about twice . There was apparently no communication between BOH and FOH because we were told two hours in that one of the items we ordered in the set menu was out of stock. They refused to refund us for the item because it was part of a set menu instead of an individual entree (even though ordering just an entree wasn't even an option! . In addition, all our entrees were brought out at separate times which meant we couldn't even eat together. The service was so slow that it took them about 2.5 hours and counting to serve 3 courses. Not sure how long it would have taken in the end because we gave up and asked them to pack up dessert. The food was OK and reflected its price point for Cambridge. If the service hadn't been so disappointing, this would have been a nice spot. Alas, I won't be going back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone."
