The Steak medallions were perfectly cooked. The naval and ham soup is not a soup. It is an epic stew of huge pieces of fantastic ingredients. My 1 year old son even shook his head when I tried to feed him his dinner when he saw the soup. He had more than me. And it's enough that I went to work for lunch tomorrow. My husband had the fried shrimp and the upper Sirloin and was very happy with his choice. We are not easy to please, as we really enjoy good food, but all we have ordered was exactly how we ordered it with a domestic flair that brought the taste buds and belly beaks to jump. My usual tests for new places is to have a class of her house wine, I have the Merlot. It was a sturdy bouquet with an oak finish. Excellent accompaniment to the meal I ordered.
