When I inquired about 'veganizing' a dish, the server mentioned they could only remove non-vegan items from salads. It would greatly help your customers if you clearly outlined possible substitutions and labeled your menu better for those with dietary restrictions, whether vegan or otherwise. Currently, there are very few suitable options for vegans."
