"I was charging a Tesla across the street and I was so hungry, I could eat at Arby's. I went to this Arby's to get a roast beef and use the bathroom. I had to go badly so I did that first. I had only been doing my business for a couple of minutes before an employee began aggressively knocking on the door and yelling. She eventually came in the the men's bathroom, while I was pooping, and making ridiculous, completely unfounded accusations. Stay far away from this Arby's at all costs."
"It was fine though. Beef and cheddar was a little bit weak on the beef. Service was fine. I guess. The guy kind of gave me some hard time about which drink was done which drink was regular but he's going to swap him out once we figure it out which was which or if we weren't satisfied with that to seem"

"I stopped by for lunch and was pleased with my experience. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. The prices were typical for a fast food chain. The service was friendly and swift; my order was ready even before I finished putting my wallet away. The food was tasty, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit this Arby’s during my monthly trips in the area."

"Drive through ordered. A jamocha shake and a Dr Dr pepper will got to the window and they said they couldnt do the shake ok. No biggie but I had to pull up for my order she gave me my card back. I was still thinking dang missed my shake. Finally got my order. Left they never gave me my dt Dr pepper. Called them of course put you name down I don't go eat out often so I will lose my already paid for drink. SM want nice either. They sure don't go out of yThere way to make you happy when they screw upBut love the food."

"They got my order wrong. I wanted sweet potato fries and they gave me the regular fries. Instead of correcting their mistake they said I had to pay for an order of sweet potato fries if I wanted them. So, I bought the combo to help save money and then had to spend $3.01 for what I wanted due to their mistakes. Not to the mention the fact that I spent over $17 initially. The manager has a bad disposition and came walking over to the window like she was the bouncer. She never apologized or even acknowledged me as a customer. By the time I waited for the fries my sandwich was cold. Guess I have to visit this Arby's for lunch and stay away during dinner."

"It's been years since I stopped at this location. However, I've come back and wow what have I been doing going to other places like McDonald's and Burger King. The app they have really does not work well. But the website has some amazing deals and when you come here the service is by far hands down better than the other places.When you compare it to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes they can't even touch it because those places are so busy. While McDonald's and Burger King are good competitors, they still are nothing like having a beautiful roast beef sandwich.The only other company for fast food that is really on top in our area is Wendy's but the prices have exceeded my pocketbook.Therefore, a nice roast beef sandwich and a quick drink with some curly fries as a winter in my book. Especially when you have a clean store and wonderful staff. This is now my new goto place knowing that there is always available seat with almost no wait using the app."

"Was there for lunch 8/29. My husband did turkey sandwich, I decided Philly. OMG- Philly bread soggy, hardly any meat, mostly peppers! Fries kinda ok. Worst SANDWICH EVER!!!! I have eat other Arby Restaraunts, this was terrible! Said something tomanager- he could have cared less!!!! He did offer another sandwich, but REALLY!!!! Then he walked away, COULD CARE LESS!!!!!"
"The manager at the Bedford store is great! She is always friendly, professional and on the rare occasion there is a mistake, she makes it right with a smile. Arby's has changed since I visited last. The menu has a couple of changes, fish sticks, notbad. The children enjoyed them. But the big change is the feeling or attitude in the store. The floor was filthy. The areaaround the fry station appeared as if food items were kicked under the station all day instead of picked up, curley fries andother food stuffs all over the floor. Paper products strewn about. One would think it would pose a safety Hazzard, ???? Theymust have been training all new staff because everyone seemed lost. It took 40 minutes to get a couple of sandwiches. Thesandwiches weren't up to the Arby's standard that we are use to. Usually plenty of meat, and well made, not thrown together. They ran out of whipped cream, milk shakes without cream. The staff was trying. They just seemed lost. They were enjoyingthemselves though, off color comments and nonsense. I would suggest you check your purchases yourself. My order was incorrect aswas another customers order. Something is definitely different at Arby's."

"This locations employees are always so kind to my family and I. They go out of their way to make sure we have what we need and to engage with our young daughter. They always ensure where we are sitting is clean and if they're out of stock of anything inthe lobby, they're never short to get us what we need and then promptly restock. Almost everywhere is short staffed now, butthat dosent stop this location from doing their best and having good attitudes!"

"Had to try the new Chicken Diablo Sandwich and diablo fries so we stopped in after leaving Reload Gun Range. The staff was friendly and nice. I wanted to try a few of their sauces but unfortunately most of the sauces were empty. The chicken sandwichwasn't bad but wasn't great either. It's a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. I'm all for sweet and spicy but almost always its toosweet or not enough sweetness and for me, this was too sweet. It was spicy so I enjoyed that. The chicken piece was wide butvery thin, more breading than chicken. The fries were meh, the barbecue relish on top but the rest of the fries underneath wereplain. I'm glad I tried the Diablo Deal but I won't be doing it again. My dad said he liked the Reuben sandwich he got."

"I had lunch for my wife at this Arby’s. The service was really fast, but the young lady didn’t fully understand that I had ordered two items from the menu. I got a chicken nugget kids’ meal for her, but I also wanted a separate order of nuggets, which didn’t register with the cashier. The food we received was good, and the nuggets were made of real meat—definitely not the processed kind. They were quite large as well. My wife was full and even gave me a couple of her nuggets that she didn’t want. Would we return to this location in Angola? Yes, but next time I would make sure that the server repeats my order back to me before I leave the microphone."

"NYS has placed a mandate that everyone has to wear a mask. Before you enter there a sign posted on the door stating so. My question is why do your employees wear there mask under their nose? We were there late week and two employees were wearing their mask under their nose. Secondly, this Arby's is located in a pilot gas station. The have many interstate truckers and visitors coming in and out everyday. Many come in not wearing a mask despite a sign posted on the door requiring that you need too. Not questions them or ask them to put one on. This is how the virus is spreading. Lack of enforcement of the rules. It making me think twice before returning to the establishment I love. Employees breathing and handling my food. Employees touching all these interstate customer cash and credit cards. There should be one person handling the register at all times and not handling our drinking cup and food afterwards. Yuck! All these germs being contaminating our food."

"The liquid cheddar cheese tastes really artificial. I'm not sure if I just didn't notice that in the past, especially when they used to offer five beef and cheddar sandwiches for $5. I also tried the two fish sandwiches for $6, and they were just okay. Next time, I think I'll order sandwiches without the cheese or go for one of their specialty sandwiches instead."

"Horrible drive thru service, woman was rude from the instant she began speaking. No thank you, no welcome, she spoke as if she were a robot. When the time came to pay there was no word spoken, just a hand out the window. I had to Ask what my total was andshe was hateful in her response. I asked her if I?d done something wrong and she said no. I told her she was behaving rudely andshe literally rolled her eyes. When she provided my change she truly just let the money drop from her hand into mine, bills aswell as change. My order was wrong, she had to remake my drink. I can see why they have a 85 scorecard. Let?s hope the food isgood because they?ll never get my money at the location again."

"The food was tasty, served at the right temperature and cooked properly. The staff was professional and friendly. However, I did have two concerns. First, I ordered jalapeño bites but had to return to the counter to request the bronco berry packets that usually come with them. Second, the tables really needed to be cleaned, and since the restaurant wasn't busy, there shouldn't have been any excuse for that."

"After spending over $19, I left feeling frustrated. Every time I visit, this so-called manager is consistently rude. I noticed she was also unkind to the next customer in line. I suggest that the manager put up proper signage as directed by the police department; until then, it might be better to refrain from making comments on parking."
