"I visited the restaurant today and was disappointed with the food. It was very bland. I overheard a staff member calling someone after we ordered to ask how to prepare our dishes, and another person came in to assist her. When our food finally arrived, the burger was acceptable, but the tostones with shredded beef were not. We have dined here before and had a good experience, but this time the tostones tasted stale and lacked flavor, and the meat was similarly unimpressive. After waiting over an hour for our meal, we decided to stop eating and simply requested our bill. When they asked about our meal, my boyfriend honestly mentioned that the tostones weren’t good this time. The staff member didn't really respond and proceeded to charge us $50. When we tried to pay, their system was down, and they asked us to send payment via Zelle. Overall, the entire experience was quite awkward and uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back."
