"I had a fantastic meal that was both delicious and fresh! The customer service was excellent; everyone was very friendly, especially the general manager, Dan, if I remember his name correctly. They accidentally forgot to include our wings but went above and beyond by calling us and leaving a voicemail to apologize. As a gesture of goodwill, they even offered us a complimentary 2-liter soda for the oversight. While I didn't find it to be a major inconvenience, I appreciate their thoughtful response and completely understand the challenges of the food industry."
