"Absolutely delicious! I had the Orange Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, and Chicken in Garlic Sauce, and everything was fantastic. The Crab Rangoon was also tasty, though it had a slightly different shape and filling than I'm used to. The egg rolls were large and delicious as well. I highly recommend this place!"

"We ate lunch. Had the lunch specials, the subgum chow mein was mostly celery. Disappointing as it had good flavor, but it was lacking the mix of veggies one would expect. The sweet and sour chicken had good flavor and was tender, the breading wasn't the tempura you would typically expect but it was good. The fried rice I felt lacked flavor and was pretty sticky. The BBQ pork was very good as we're the fried shrimp. Overall it was a decent meal. Might give it another try and try some other menu items"

"They are very respectful and polite, and they have great tasting food. Ordered orange chicken combo. Came with four pieces of good-sized chicken. There is lots of fried rice and an egg roll. You may have to ask for containers so you can take the rest home and finish when you are hungry again. Parking: Large shopping center parking."

"The quality and customer service at this restaurant have declined significantly. It used to be my favorite spot since childhood, but now I don't get to go as often since I live out of town. I drove 45 minutes to get there and was very disappointed with the service. I was charged $13 just for a side of chicken, which used to be part of a platter. When I questioned this, the server rudely told me that prices had changed. I decided to just get the platter anyway since I was already paying for the whole meal. The server then threw my order to the side and moved on to the next customer. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Our family has always enjoys coming here. We have been coming for years. There is a buffet as well as a sushi and hibachi bar. The food is always being filled and refreshed. They also have take out and a regular menu. It is a family owned and run business. They have moved tables to accommodate a large crowd when we bring family and friends. On one of our son 's birthdays we secretly asked if they did anything special for the birthday person. We found out that they ask you to call ahead because it takes a few minutes to make up the dish. They did it anyway and surprised our son with a beautiful ornate platter of fruit and dessert. Their young daughter even came out and played us Happy birthday on her violin. It was a wonderful surprise for us and our son."

We'll still place our order, but they really need someone friendlier to handle the phone! Additionally, the online menu has some inaccuracies, and she will make you feel foolish for ordering something that isn’t available. They should definitely consider hiring someone else!"

"Jade East has been around for years and as a delivery driver I have delivered from there a couple of times. I love Asian food and had wanted to try theirs so Christmas night I made it over there. We placed only 2 orders for dine in. One order was delivered but it was not mine. I wondered if maybe I was supposed to get mine from the buffet so after a few minutes I asked. Well it had been forgotten but no great big deal. Within a few minutes I had my order. There were pieces of the chicken that were so hard I couldn 't chew them. I thought maybe since it 's the end of the day I was eating not so freshly made chicken. Still not a huge deal. It was when I started to pay for my meal that things went downhill very very fast. We had been playing a game on my phone and it was almost dead. Again, I 'm a delivery driver and have debit cards from all 3 places. I used the wrong one and it didn 't go through. Realizing what I had done I took my dead phone to the car to be able to power it on and move some money. My boyfriend graciously stayed behind inside the restaurant finishing his meal. After a couple of strange sights while I was in the car (employees looking outside at me, boyfriend changing tables etc I went back in to give my corrected card to my boyfriend to use. I was greeted by a very unfriendly woman. I handed the card over and my boyfriend begins to tell me what had taken place while I was in the car for 5 MINUTES! One particular man had accused my boyfriend of us trying to eat and run 4 to 5 times! My boyfriend had finished his meal and gone to the checkout to wait for me. He sat back down at a table next to the checkout where the same man sat down with him, Telling my boyfriend he was good at this and for him to tell the truth about us trying to skip out on the meal!! He did this 4 to 5 times and all the other employees had migrited up in the front and surrounded the place like the Mafia! What were they going to do? Who knows! He paid for our meal and we left. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life! All over 2 less than $10 meals on CHRISTMAS! I won 't be back! I have told about everyone I know about this experience and how the Asian mafia became very threatening to my boyfriend. UNREAL!! I will stick to Asian Hut and Teriyaki house where I am always greeted with a smile and always served great food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
