"The handoff was done well, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet our expectations, and we were missing half of our order. However, when we contacted the lounge, the waitress was incredibly helpful. She promptly arranged to send us a new meal at no charge. She was very courteous and called back several times to ensure we were satisfied. Outstanding customer service!"

"I bought a Sancocho I callo bad it tasted sour, and paresia 3 Días soup, not paresia sancocho, it only had cassava and chicken thigh. And the yellow color was artificial. How disgusting, what a shame, how harmful they are. If they continue like this, I won't give them much time until they close the place. Quality control will be coming to you soon. Getting by as a normal customer. Until they find their tricks... And it's not going to go well, for deceiving people."
