"This restaurant is a hidden gem. Antoine, the owner, took care of us. Because it was late in the evening, the restaurant was not too busy. Antoine cooked the escargots flambés as well as the crêpes Suzette at the table, adding a show to the delicious dishes. We wanted to taste everything on the menu, but of course couldn't. What we ended up choosing (smoked burrata, vol au vent, boeuf bourguignon, rack of lamb) was delicious. The wine list is simple but very good. Overall the quality is really great for an affordable price. We will definitely eat at The Oasis next time we are in the area!"
