"What a complete disappointment. We enjoy trying local establishments and supporting small businesses. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. We arrived at 6 o'clock and there was only one other couple at a table. We ordered nachos with steak as an appetizer and placed our meal order at the same time. About 45 minutes later, the server brought out the nachos and warned that the plate was hot. Unfortunately, the nachos were not. Shortly after, our meals arrived. The presentation was decent, but that was the only positive aspect of this experience. My meal (the Enchiladas Bandera) was cold and the steak in the Bistec con Enchiladas had little flavor and was mostly fat and gristle. The enchilada sauce was also lacking in taste. I sent my meal back but declined a replacement due to the long wait time. We overheard the server apologizing for the delay to another table that arrived after us. I feel sorry for the other customers dining at this restaurant tonight. When the bill came, the meal I returned was still on it. It seemed like there were inexperienced staff working in the front of the house. After some discussion on how to rectify the situation, we were presented with a revised bill."
