"The service at the restaurant was quite slow. Despite my repeated requests for a glass of water, I never received one until I had to ask another staff member who brought it out several minutes later. Both employees were pleasant, though. I ordered the short rib sandwich, which was decent, but it felt more like a plain sandwich because the short rib was lacking. Considering it was priced at $17, I didn't feel it was worth it at all. The ketchup served with it definitely tasted homemade, with a strong vinegar flavor. At the end of our meal, our waiter mentioned he wanted to take a break, and another server would assist us, which was an unusual experience for me. The atmosphere was nice overall, but I would have preferred sitting outside since it was quite busy inside."
