The arrangement with Butcher Block is a smart move, the brisket sandwich was so tasty! Place looked smelled clean, no fruit flies I observed, which is plenty more than most places can say. Being in the service industry myself I know how hard it can be to pull this type of menu cleanliness off- keep fighting the good fight, we'll be back!"
