"The food here seemed well regarded, as there was a constant line while we dined. The special burrito was delicious, and I'd definitely get again. The enchilada plate, which was attractive because of the different meat included (one each of cheese, bean, chicken, ground beef), was pretty underwhelming. Flavor was pretty bland (green Verde sauce) and no sides were included for $10. The house salsas (particularly the hot) helped to add some flavor. I really wish they had kid options on the menu. My daughter ordered a cheese quesadilla, which was $8. It came with rice and would have included meat, but seemed costly for what was received. We ordered one churro to share, which was AMAZING. We ate it after dinner and wished we had tried it while it was warmer. We also heard someone else ask if they still had elote corn, which was not on the menu. That sounded delicious, and I wish it had been posted somewhere. There is another food trailer sharing the same parking lot that had a different menu. Not sure how they compare."
