"My go-to dessert normally comes in cookie form, so I'm happy to jump on the over-sized, stuffed cookie bandwagon. And out of the stuffed cookie shops that are popping up on Long Island, I like Dutchess Cookies the most. To be honest, they are a bit pricey for me, and I've only purchased them using a food saving app (IYKYK), but they're delicious. Their shop is located in a fairly busy shopping center in Plainview. Every time I've gone in, the staff has been friendly and helpful. The cookies themselves are mad good. They're big and they come in a bunch of fun and unique flavors. I'm always a fan of peanut butter featured cookies. The rainbow cookie stuffed cookie is also really good. You can't go wrong with the cookie monster, blueberry lemon, and apple pie cookie, either. And the OG chocolate chip is also really good."
