"During our first visit, all of our food arrived cold, and it seemed like our waitress was more focused on the table ordering drinks than on any of her other customers. Although the food did taste good, we decided to give it another chance three months later. This time, we were seated outside in 100°F heat, even though there were plenty of available tables inside. After 15 minutes without menus or water, it felt like they had completely forgotten about us. Ultimately, we left after waiting half an hour with still no server coming to take our order. As we were leaving, the hostess who seated us was quite rude and sarcastic, leaving us with the impression that this was intentional. I really wanted to like this restaurant, but after two disappointing experiences, I can't recommend it. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review before, but I understand that everyone has bad days—twice in a row, however, is just unacceptable."
