"If it weren't for our incredibly kind waitress, Katherine, we might have just left. When we raised our concerns with her, she did offer to replace the food, but by that point, we had already eaten our meals. Overall, the food didn't justify its price. The empanadas, in particular, have become extremely small! Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share this experience with my family and friends, as we've all been long-time customers. I'd like to thank Katherine for doing her best to resolve the issue. Be sure to ask for her when you visit; she's the most respectful staff member there."

"Will.never order from there again I waited over an hour because someone didn't dial my number correctly when I called to check on my order she kept blaming me for not answering my phone and I have the proof that not one call.came in. I asked her if the food would be hot when she said she was residing the driver she said yes when I got the food the rice was nasty and saugy disgusting the meat was cold and I didn't even get the corn bread. To top it off the deliver driver asks me to text him my address so I did he still ends up at the wrong address because he didn't pay attention to the house number. Waste of my money . the girl taking the orders needs to calm.down and pay more attention to one customer at a time and not be rushing the customer off the phone I know its buay but calm the f-ck down and relax and pay attention to the customers orders."

"I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for the past 4+ years. In general the food was very good when we started ordering here, and the service was as expected. However, in the last years this place is losing its touch. Not only the food is getting worse and worse, but the service is the worst. Just today, I ordered a parrillada de carne for taking out. When I arrived home, there was not beef (carne). I called immediately to report the problem. Even though they gave me the beef, they made me feel like I was stealing from them because according to them they put the meat in. Look your recording, guys! Looking forward for a genuine apology. On the other hand, as you can see in the pictures confirming the lack of beef plus the arepa was all burnt, yellow potatoes were rancid. At the end only the beef was very good."

"No staff spoke English. I walked in and waited for 10 minutes to place my order at the register, but then a man came out to take orders at the other side of the restaurant. He clearly saw me standing at the register. When I asked him where I should place my order, he said, “No English,” and went on to take orders from other customers without even attempting to help me. I won’t be returning. The ironic part is that I speak Spanish!"

"The first time. We were very excited about running. It was empty at noon on a Saturday, many tables that had to be cleaned better, there were crumbs on them. The bathroom looked clean, but there was no toilet paper. We had to ask someone to bring something to guests with the facilities. Service was definitely not worth 18% fee on our check for a quick food Colombian food place I would not mention it at all. ..was disappointed with the traditional burger, the burger meat was not tasty and unseasonal you need to eat sauce and picante for it. . The Todos Terreno Burger was not cooked enough and also cooked under and the meat had no taste, the food looked much better than it really tasted! Tested the cattle empanadas that were half filled with meat and although it was hot and seemed fresh, it was not so great, again needed sauce and picante. The guana with water and those with milk were the best we tried. The Maracuya tasted like pure ice cream, tasteless ..you could not taste at all. Overall, not sure we go back there. If you want to try, there are things to go or order and pick up or you will be stuck with a 18% service fee for nothing and they also expect a tip! It's just ridiculous!"

"This place will not be getting my money ever again. I ordered meal (rice/beans/fry Snapper fish/plantain) The plantain was all out and I was asked if I wanted to wait on plantain coming out. I said yes of course I love plantain at the side of my meal. Plantain never came out than I was told plantain is $4.25 with an attitude. Very Rude workers, they should've just said plantain was all done and there wouldn't be a problem. Meals came up to $22 and the fry fish had no damn taste. I'll be going somewhere else where they value their customers. You can not serve my food with an attitude!"

"First time, where can I start? LACK of customer service, took about 22 minutes to be served, we were NOT greeted at all. Food was terrible! It was simple, no flavor, VERY dry. The prices are ridiculous for the dry, nasty food they sell. Glad this was my first time and most definitely my last. I am VERY well known through Texas, especially Houston. I always get asked where is the best Colombian food, will never recommend this place to them. Do yourseld a favor, waste your money at Gran Colombia or Cali Antojos- just down the road. THEY have the BEST customer service, QUALITY food and way better prices. Sorry, Made in Medellin-do better next time for future generations."

"Portions and ratios are basically subpar so you feel cheated by the time you finish eating; we got stuffed arepas and it definitely needs more protein/filling to justify the price. Same goes for the fruit salad dessert. $11 for basically a small bowl of cheese and a few pieces of fruit; tasted great tbh, but lacked follow through because it was 85% cheese, 10% fruit, 5% whipped cream. Please fix your ratios so those who come eat want* to come back for more."
